Join us for a high-energy group training experience designed for young athletes (ages 8-19) in all sports including track, baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and football. This program focuses on developing the key movement skills that translate across all athletic disciplines.

Athletes will build a strong foundation with:

  • Dynamic Warm-Ups & Mobility Training to prepare the body and lower the risk of injury

  • Progressive Power Development through plyometrics, acceleration, and max velocity drills

  • Total Body Strength with an emphasis on upper body, single-leg strength, and stability

  • Coordination & Body Control to improve overall athletic performance

This group training is built to help athletes improve performance, move better, and compete at a higher level in any sport.
