Join us for a high-energy group training experience designed for young athletes (ages 8-19) in all sports including track, baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and football. This program focuses on developing the key movement skills that translate across all athletic disciplines.
Athletes will build a strong foundation with:
Dynamic Warm-Ups & Mobility Training to prepare the body and lower the risk of injury
Progressive Power Development through plyometrics, acceleration, and max velocity drills
Total Body Strength with an emphasis on upper body, single-leg strength, and stability
Coordination & Body Control to improve overall athletic performance
This group training is built to help athletes improve performance, move better, and compete at a higher level in any sport.
